I'm going to be honest, and vulnerable, and say that we had 12 weeks of counselling apiece via RABI. It probably saved my life, and that is not an exaggeration.
When it cuts that close - call. Shout for help.
Now, it's in the rear view mirror, and I'm (relatively) calm about it. But I can't even begin to tell you how calm I wasn't.
I’m so sorry to hear this Jackie and thank you for being so vulnerable and sharing this with us. I honestly believe that if we can share these experiences it encourages others to ask for help when needed.
If you ever need anything I’m always here for you.
Hi Helen. I have been trying to get in touch with you to see if you and Matt can cater our January event as usual. Please get in touch; we would love to give you more work.
I despise what this government t are doing to our farmers. All of this BS climate change and COP30 nonsense is just another way to make the elitists even more wealthy whilst they try desperately to get the rest of us to eat insects and fake meat. I am proud to say that I buy directly from farms and only ever pop into a supermarket for something that I’ve not had the time to get or make or have forgotten. I would much prefer my hard earned pennies to be going into farmers and independent producers pockets and actually resent the rubbish that is in supermarkets. We need food to live, real food, provided by real farmers. It breaks my heart to see you all struggling and losing an entire way of life. Please God this horrendous government is soon gone and common sense is returned to the world in which we live.
Good for you Angelique, we need so many more people like you buying direct from farmers. You’re exactly right it’s the best way to spend your hard earned pennies and farmers actually get the full cost of the production and make a little profit, unlike with supermarkets!
Thank you for confirming this. I’m always trying to get friends and family to do the same. It’s so important to support our farmers, plus the quality of produce is different class. I couldn’t bear to eat a chicken from a supermarket now. Even my dog is fussy about her meat too. Really glad to be giving our farmers a fair go. They more than deserve it.
My dog was the same! She was so use to good quality meat, she spent a week with my mother and refused to eat the mince she bought from the supermarket 😬

Pick. Up. The. Phone.
Always.

They are fussy because they can be and why not 😂
We should be more like them!
